History: This building was built in 1991, and has been occupied by the Islamic Center for the entirety of this time.
Congregation/space: The Islamic Center owns three properties, the mosque, a home around the corner for the children and youth, and another home across the street. The mosque is open 24/7 and has two spacious areas available for members to pray and worship five times a day. Over the course of the week, some 200 people come to worship in the building. The school building contains several classroom spaces where children can participate in religious courses during the weekends. During the school year, around 70-80 students come in for classes, though at this time classes are being held virtually.
Programs:
As mentioned, the Islamic Center has Sunday School for children and youth, and for adults they have Arabic class and religious study courses.
